The Challenge

Translate Boots’ 2024 ‘Make Magic’ Christmas campaign into an engaging experiential marketing activation.

The Strategy

For the next two years, Boots exclusively sponsors Glide, the festive ice rink at Battersea Power Station.

Our strategy was to elevate the “typical” ice rink and deliver a health and beauty Grotto packed with gifting inspiration and products.

The Activation

Set against the backdrop of one of London’s most iconic buildings, Boots presents Glide at Battersea Power Station, offered unrivalled views of the Thames as guests skated around three interconnecting rinks surrounded by twinkling lights and a spectacular 30ft Christmas tree.

As part of the sponsorship, Boots had a pop-up grotto where customers could explore some of the gifting ranges Boots has to offer, play the spin to win a prize and get a makeover from one of the MUAs.‍
